Alas, the end of June has arrived. I know this sounds so cliche, but this month really flew by quickly, maybe a little too quickly. The arrival of summer to me means bronzed skin and a luminous, glowing complexion and my beauty favorites this month certainly reflects that. Here’s a round up of the products I really loved this month.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette
Ever since this palette arrived at my doorstep, I have been using it non stop. I just love the mix of neutral, yet warm shades that can easily be worn day and night. With 14 shades contained within, there are endless possibilities. The shadows are incredibly pigmented, blend effortlessly, and adhere beautifully with or without primer. Marc Jacobs Beauty Glowstick Glistening Illuminator
Another product heavy on my rotation is the the Glowstick in Spotlight by Marc Jacobs beauty. It’s portable, easy to use and provides the most incredible, dewy glow, without being over the top or heavy. I absolutely love it. My full review here.
Nars Lip Cover in Dirty
I fell in love with this color the moment I swatched it. It’s such a beautiful warm toned Desert Rose. This is not your average liquid lipstick that may feel moderately drying. The lip covers are highly pigmented, creamy, and settle down to a finish with a lustrous sheen. It’s a beautiful every day color that compliments me so well. My review here.
Jouer Lip Creme in Dulce De Leche

La Mer Reparative Skin Tint
Summer’s arrival means bringing out the BB creams and Skin Tints. I’ve been opting to wear a lighter base during the day and the La Mer Reparative Skin Tint has been perfect for the day, keeping my skin looking even toned and protected while delivering coverage that wore well through out the day.
By Terry Sun Designer Palette in Tan Flash Cruise
This palette is an absolute gem, and was the perfect travel companion for me this month. It’s an endlessly pretty all-in-one compact for the face, housing a beautiful range of colors for blush and bronzer, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase of this palette.
Foreo Luna Play
This nifty little device is a total space saver when traveling. It provides a gentle and effective cleanse and leaves my skin feeling smooth, and immensely clean every time. My full review here.
Urban Decay Beached Bronzer
Last but certainly not least, I absolutely love the texture of this matte bronzer. It is the perfect shade, not too warm nor cool and leaves my skin looking sun kissed in all the right areas. It blends beautifully, and I just love the packaging. I want to take it with me to all beach destinations from here on out!
