Viseart Warm Mattes 10 Palette Review and Swatches

Another exciting release from Viseart to coincide with the Petite Pro Palette, reviewed here, is their Warm Mattes 10 Palette which features an array of fashion forward warm neutral mattes. If you’ve been reading or following my blog for a while you know how much I love warm tones. These colors really speak to me and today I will be sharing my review and swatches of this new addition to the Viseart Eyeshadow family.

The palette arose out of requests from pro makeup artists for a range of matte tones that would work for everyday film and television to define the eyes and contours of the face. lf you are not familiar with the Viseart brand, they are well known in all levels of makeup artistry for their reliable film-tested professional products. The palettes are manufactured in France and their proprietary formula is created in small controlled batches to maintain pigment quality, integrity and consistency. Once swipe with the brush or hand and you can simply feel and see the quality of the shadows.

Here’s a comparison of the Viseart 12 pan palettes to the Theory Palettes and the newly released 8 pan Petit Pro Palette.

I find the shadows are true to color and apply smoothly and evenly. The quality is exceptional and that is what I’ve come to expect from all of the Viseart Palettes I own. One palette that I continue to reach for over and over again is the Neutral Matte Palette 01, and I suspect that I will be doing the same with this one. They blend like a dream and a staying power is excellent. I have worn the shadows with and without a primer. The primer helps to intensify the shadows more, however I find that I don’t necessarily need a primer to help the shadows to adhere to my lids as with other brands. If you love warm tone colors and prefer using matte tones for everyday, then I would highly recommend you look into this palette. Swatches to follow below were taken in direct sunlight on my medium NW 35 skin tone.

The Viseart Warm Mattes 10 palette retails for $80 and is now available online at MuseBeauty.pro and Sephora.com, which you can find here.
