Launching tomorrow is Jouer Cosmetics’ High Pigment Lipgloss collection*, and there is definitely a shade for everyone to love ranging from warm nudes to dark chocolate. The lip glosses are named after famous streets such as Fifth Ave in New York city and Champs-Elysees in Paris, which I think is a very fun touch. There are a total of fourteen swoon worthy shades and today I’ll be sharing all of them with you in this post.
There’s also a whole new look for this lip gloss collection which boasts a new formula that delivers full coverage color and shine without the stickiness. The packaging is very similar to the Jouer Lip Creme Liquid Lipsticks, reviewed here. While the Jouer lip cremes have a black cap with a matching black band at the top, the new lip glosses have a gold base at the top which gives it a nice luxurious touch. The lip glosses also contain a short doe foot applicator which glides easily on the lips and gives great precision and control. If you’re wondering what they smell like, they are just as deliciously scented as the lip cremes.

The formula is amazing. It’s creamy, lightweight and one swipe produces amazing color payoff that glides on easily. Thanks to jojoba seed oil and coconut oil my lips feel moisturized and the gloss feels comfortable on. The staying power is great although like most glosses, it is not transfer proof and will require reapplication after eating and maybe drinking which is something I don’t mind. My favorite shades are Rodeo, Shibuya, PCH, and Park Ave and I truly look forward to wearing the deeper tones in the Fall such as Bond and Broadway. The lip glosses can also be effortlessly worn on top of your favorite lipstick, enveloping lips in a cloak of gorgeous pigment that looks just as pretty on your lips as it does in the tube. I’m truly impressed with the color range, formula and payoff. It’s also reasonably priced at $17 each, which we all can appreciate.
The Jouer High Pigment lip gloss will be available June 21st, starting at 11 AM PST on Jouercosmetics.com and Beautylish. Follow founder Christina Zilber’s snapchat @czjouer for a chance to obtain early access.
