THE JOUER HOLIDAY 2017 COLLECTION: An overview & swatches

It’s that time of year again. November to me signals the start of holiday shopping. It’s never too early to start thinking about gift ideas for the makeup lover and today I bring you an overview and swatches of SIX new swoon worthy sets from Jouer Cosmetics.
