NARS is simply on a roll with their Spring releases. Earlier this month I shared an overview of their new Highlighting Powders, link here. Today I’m excited to share all the details on the new NARSissist Wanted Cheek Palettes* and Wanted Power Pack Lip Kits*, launching exclusively at ULTA Beauty this month and now able at Sephora!
The Wanted Cheek Palettes (Now available on Ulta.com) and Sephora.com feature a curated selection of 10 new shades and 2 existing cheek shades in two limited-edition palettes. It features an array of spring ready tones in corals and pinks, as well as more bold tones in deep raspberry. Each palette features both matte and shimmer blushes and was created for both light and dark skin tones. It is also described as ideal for sheer-to-buildable glow.
NARS NARSISSIST WANTED CHEEK PALETTE I

- Buzzed (matte coral – limited edition)
- Notorious (matte lavender – limited edition)
- Kingpin (matte rose – limited edition)
- Bumpy Ride (shimmering candy pink)

NARS NARSISSIST CHEEK PALETTE II
Wanted Cheek Palette II Shades:
- PYT (metallic rose – limited edition)
- Ambition (satin tangerine – limited edition)
- Taos (soft red w/ golden sheen)
- Exposed (matte dusty rose – limited edition)
- Penthouse (matte raspberry – limited edition)
- Queen (matte ruby -limited edition)
Both palettes have a beautiful mix of tones that are smooth, pigmented and provide a beautiful customizable flush on the cheeks. Palette I provides more of a natural flush on my medium golden skin tone, while Palette II brings a more vivid pop of color onto the apples of my cheeks. Don’t be intimidated by the darker shades. The swatches above were shown to give you an accurate depiction of the shade. On the cheeks, using a light hand to apply Penthouse produces a flush of color on my cheeks that complements my medium golden skin tone beautifully. I like that there’s a mix of both subtle and bold shades which makes for a versatile palette that you can use in many ways. I can’t say which one I prefer because I am simply enamored with them both. In short, there is really a lot to love and play with these new cheek palette additions from NARS.
I adore the formula. The liquid texture glides on smoothly and quickly dries down into a smudge- proof matte finish. The short doe-foot applicator provides precise application and you get full coverage in one swipe. It has a lightweight feel that stays put all day and is not the least bit drying. I think the kits would make a good first introduction to their lip line if you have not yet tried it. They are reasonably priced at $22 and what’s not to love about a range of reds and nudes?
The NARS NARsissist Wanted Cheek Palettes are priced at $59 and are currently available on the Nars Cosmetics website. You can also find them on the Ulta Beauty website here. and at Sephora. Which one has caught your eye? Stay tuned for my Spring makeup round up coming next week.
xx,
Dom
