Becca Cosmetics released a limited edition collection for Spring & Summer inspired by the multifaceted colors of an abalone shell and lustrous jewels of the ocean. The collection includes the Ocean Jewels Eyeshadow Palette, Ocean Jewels Highlighter Palette, and the Liptuitive Glow Lip Gloss in packaging that represents the elements of the sea. The shades contained within the collection can be layered to create a range of glowy, beachy looks that are so apropos for Spring and Summer.
First up is the Ocean Jewels Highlighter Palette. It’s a highlighting face palette that features 5 brand new shades of BECCA’s iconic Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter formula. The packaging comes in a jewel like design that opens up to present 5 gorgeous shades that seem to provide a duo chrome shift that feels incredibly buttery and creamy to the touch.
The shades include:
Coral Crystal (shimmering, pink-peach infused with white gold pearl)
Citrine (shimmering pale yellow infused with gold pearl)
Aquamarine (delicate, cool blue infused with violet pearl)
Pink Pyrite (effervescent pink infused with shimmering gold pearl)
Sunstone (shimmering, sandy beige infused with gold pearl)
Swatches L-R: Sunstone, Pink Pyrite, Aquamarine, Citrine, Coral Crystal
I have yet to find a Becca Highlighter I have not fallen in love with. Becca highlighter formulas are among the best in the market in my opinion and this is no exception. It provides a beautiful subtle glow that doesn’t look glittery, chunky or over the top. The highlight catches the light in the most flattering way and provides a sort of multi-dimensional radiance that is unique from any other offering currently on the market. With 5 limited never before seen shades, there’s a lot to love and play with.
The Ocean Jewels Eyeshadow Palette features seven brand new shades in three versatile finishes: creamy matte, metallic, and twinkling topper. Each shade can be worn alone or layered to create a range of looks.
The Shades include:
Seashell (matte, neutral ivory beige)
Abalone (metallic, soft duo-chrome purple)
Ocean Jasper (shimmer, duo-chrome brown that flashes red, blue, and green)
Mermaid Pearl (iridescent, holographic shimmer)
Tourmaline (matte, neutral, deep brown shade for crease and liner)
Sandstone (warm, metallic copper)
Spirit Quartz (metallic, moody silver with subtle, purple undertones)
Each shadow in this palette is ultra pigmented! Below you will see one swipe finger swatches. I am partial to more coppery, gold shades and Sandstone has my name written all over it. I think the shades in this palette really compliment each other well and I am glad that Becca added matte shades to help me create a cohesive look. Seashell is that perfect matte ivory beige to help highlight the brow bone while Tormaline can be used to line the eyes and define my crease. I also think the Abalone is such a beautiful duo chrome purple that truly epitomizes the jewel toned theme of this collection.
Swatches L-R: Mermaid Pearl, Abalone, Ocean Jasper, Sandstone, Spirit, Seashell, and Tourmaline
Finally, the Lip Tuitive Glow Lip Gloss is a gloss that reacts to the chemistry of your lips and develops into a customized pink shade. The formula is described as having microfine pearls that provide the lips with a touch of light, while nourishing avocado oil, vitamin E, and shea butter help keep lips hydrated.
The lip gloss is truly what it claims to provide. It’s light, non sticky, and gives a healthy, fresh, plump appearance to my lips. I adore the unique packaging and love the hint of pink that is left behind. It’s really hydrating and ideal for days I want to keep my makeup natural and is going to be the perfect beach accessory in my tote this summer.
Bottom line, I think all three products are worth checking out. The Becca Ocean Jewels Collection is Limited Edition and is currently available at Sephora and Becca Cosmetics.com
Thanks for stopping by today.

Dom
