Today I’m excited to share two shelfie additions on the blog: The Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner & Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream. I’ve used the toner in my routine for quite some time now while the face cream is the latest in my routine from Fresh Beauty. My love affair with Fresh Beauty began with my introduction to their cult favorite Soy Face Cleanser several years ago. Since then, it has become one of my holy grail cleansers. I’ve come to include several of their products in my skin care routine and I was so excited to receive the duo to try.
Both items are part of Fresh Beauty’s line of rose infused products. Roses have been used in many beauty products for centuries for its health and beauty benefits. It provides both therapeutic properties as well as the ability to treat the skin. The Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner is an alcohol free cleansing toner that is infused with real rose petals. It is officially described as a product that helps to remove residual impurities, refine the appearance of pores, and soften skin for a healthy-looking complexion. It is also good for all skin types ranging from sensitive to normal. Rose fruit extract helps to tone the skin, while rose water and rose flower oil help to nourish and soothe the skin.
The toner is SO soft and gentle on my skin! It takes away any residue left behind after cleansing without stripping my skin dry. It preps my skin for the next step in my routine that follows. My complexion is left feeling smoother, softer and more even after using it. It’s a delight to use, I love the therapeutic rose scent coupled with the sight of the delicate, floating rose petals–truly a treat for my skin in every sense of the word. Thanks to Angelica Leaf Extract & Hyaluronic Acid, my skin retains moisture throughout the day and never feels dry.
The Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream is a lightweight gel-cream infused with soothing rosewater and nourishing rose flower oil and is described as a product that can deliver intense 24-hour moisture. The formula consists of a time-release technology to help encourage ideal hydration levels by attracting and sealing in moisture. Like the toner, rosewater helps to soothe while the rose flower oil nourishes. The cream is also enriched with Vitamin E, an antioxidant for the skin and helps to support skin elasticity.
First impressions are good! I have started to add this to my routine since receiving it last week. I use the cream immediately after using the Deep Hydration Toner. The gel cream is lightweight and absorbs very nicely into my skin. I can easily get into my makeup routine afterwards and my skin feels deeply nourished & hydrated through out the day. I will report back with an update after continued use. So far, so good!
