Now available online and launching May 11th in stores is Becca Cosmetics’ new Glow Lip Gloss. There are ten beautiful shades available, all inspired by Becca’s bestselling Shimmering Skin Perfector Highlighters and Luminous blushes. They are described as a conditioning lip formula with the shine of a lip gloss, pigment of a liquid lipstick, and nourishing benefits of a lip balm. I’ve added several shades to my makeup routine the past couple of weeks and today I’m excited to share with you swatches of all ten shades.
Details, courtesy of Sephora:
“3D light-reflecting pigments as well as ginger, peppermint oil, and a non-stinging peptide make lips appear fuller and smoother. Vitamins C and E, plus hydrating shea and muru muru butters soften and condition lips.”
Shades:
Opal-natural pink with soft gold pearl
Rose Quartz-cool pink with silver pearl
Champagne Creme-soft gold with pink & gold pearl
Rose Gold-copper rose with soft gold pearl
Camellia-cool petal pink
Tigerlily-bright cabana coral
Snapdragon-rosy pink with soft gold pearl
Fox Glove-muted plum with silver gold pearl
Dahlia-rich berry
Chocolate Geode-rich bronze with copper & gold pearl
The lip glosses come with a slanted doe foot applicator that glides on smoothly. You get beautiful pigmentation in one swipe. All the shades swatched above were merely swatched once. The image was taken in direct sunlight. They are beautiful worn alone or placed atop another shade. It provides a glossy, hi- shine finish that feels comfortable and non-sticky.
My favorite shades are Opal, Snapdragon, Foxglove & Dahlia. I adore packaging, shade selection, and formula of this latest release from Becca. I’m not really a gloss girl as much as I am a lipstick girl, and the formula and shade selection has truly captured my heart. I think the shade selection available can complement a multitude of looks.
The Becca Glow Lip Glosses retail for $22 each and is currently available online at Sephora & the Becca Cosmetics’ website. They will also be released in stores 5/11 so keep your eyes peeled.
Which shade has caught your eye? Do tell.
xx,
Dom
