Urban Decay Stay Naked Weightless Foundation & Stay Naked Concealer Review & Swatches

Urban Decay recently released their new #StayNaked Collection, which includes a new foundation formula, concealer, and a lip tint that reacts to your lips’ pH. Each product was essentially formulated to feel weightless, yet remain long lasting to help you reveal the best version of yourself. All products are also vegan. Today, I am excited to share all the details of this new launch with swatches included.

First up is their Stay Naked Weightless Liquid Foundation. It is described as a vegan, buildable, medium-coverage liquid foundation with a real-skin, matte finish that lasts up to 24 hours and is suitable for all skin types. It’s available in 50 perfectly calibrated shades that covers a range of the skin tone spectrum. Urban Decay designed this lineup with 9 shade intensities, 3 mastertones, and 7 undertones to dial in your precise color match.

The foundation is very visually appealing. I love the rose gold cap and lightweight feel of the bottle. It’s also equipped with an airless pump to easily dispense the product. I was sent two shades and found them to be a tad too light since I’ve tanned so much this summer. I went in store and purchased a shade up in 50 NN (medium warm with a peachy undertone) which is my perfect match. I’m really impressed with this foundation. It immediately blurred my imperfections and made my skin look flawless. You get a soft natural matte finish that is weightless, breathable and very long lasting. It held up very well in the intense heat and humidity we’ve been experiencing in So Cal. It did not crease, cling to dry patches nor separate. The coverage, formula, and lasting power make it a truly phenomenal foundation!

Next up is the Stay Naked Correcting Concealer. It is described as an extra-pigmented, liquid concealer that corrects hyperpigmentation and imperfections with a real-skin, matte finish that lasts up to 24 hours. There are 9 shade intensities from very fair to deep and depending on how you want to use it, you might want a slightly lighter undertone or shade intensity. I prefer to use concealers to highlight my under eye area so the two shades I selected were much lighter. (30 NY & 40 NN) I love the flocked tip applicator which makes applying the concealer with much ease. The formula is truly amazing. There is no creasing or fading and it lasted all day. Swatches to follow below.

Last but not least–Urban Decay released 12 new shades of their Vice Lip Chemistry. They are described as a high-gloss, lightweight lip tint that reacts to your pH and creates a custom shade unique to your tone. Staying true to the motif of the collection, the lineup is designed to flatter all skin tones and there’s a range of shades to suit every mood. It has a glossy, balm like texture that hardly feels like you have nothing on your lips. It’s a stain so it’s long-lasting. You’ll probably be initially surprised that they initially swatch lightly, then it will transform into a beautiful, more intense shade based on your pH. With that in mind, some of the swatches below might not actually reflect how the shade will appear on you but I hope it gives you an idea.
