Dior recently launched a new collection of reformulated Rouge Dior lipsticks* for Fall 2016. The collection contains a total of 50 shades with a myriad range of colors in five color families: natural nudes, pretty pinks, passionate corals, legendary reds, and extreme/pastel mattes. Priced at $35 USD, the range includes both matte and satin finishes, along with extreme matte statement- worthy bold shades. This new shade range was designed by Peter Philips, Creative and Image director for Dior Makeup.
The Dior Spring 2016 collection was recently released and though I tried to resist, my efforts were futile. The collection, which features a floral motif is absolutely gorgeous. Though I wanted it all, I only picked up two items: The Glowing Gardens Illuminating Powder in Glowing Pink and Glowing Nude. I must admit that I have been on a bit of a highlighting craze. The development of these powders were inspired from the technique of strobing and features extremely fine illuminating pigments that offer an all over radiance. Each compact has a silver quilted design that opens to a mirror inside. It also includes a mini kabuki brush for application.
