Urban Decay recently released the All Nighter Liquid Foundation, which is part of their Fall 2016 release. Like its moniker, the foundation claims to last “all night”, provide full, matte coverage while the formula is comfortable enough to wear on a daily basis. I have had the foundation in my rotation for over a month now and today I’m ready to share my review.
Algenist, a biotechnology brand known for their range of skincare has now made their debut into the area of color, launching their REVEAL line, a makeup line utilizing a multitude of microalgae based species to color correct and improve skin’s tone and radiance.
Is it Magic? Or is it foundation?
Charlotte Tilbury’s latest release was five years in the making, called the Magic Foundation, it is described as a new generation of anti-aging , full coverage, second skin foundation that morphs your face in a weightless texture and lasts all day. The foundation is available in 15 shades to match a varied range of tones. I have used the foundation in my rotation for a few months now. My beautiful friend Sandy who lives in the UK kindly sent it over as a gift. The foundation is slated to release in the US very soon, and today I’d like to share my thoughts and overall review.
Pur Cosmetics recently released the HydraFluid Water Serum Foundation, now available at Kohl’s and Ulta stores. The foundation captures the top beauty spring for Spring 2016—hydration and offers skin-quenching ingredients in addition to makeup performance. Now that it’s starting to heat up here in California, I usually opt for a lighter base. It’s already starting to feel more like summer than Spring here. The foundation is available in 5 shades: Light, Medium, Tan, Dark, and Deep. It contains PUR’s encapsulated water-complex and helps to hydrate the skin while providing lightweight, yet medium coverage.
