Tom Ford’s Soleil Collection is now available and today I have photos and swatches to share of one stunning and irresistible piece from the collection: The Tom Ford Reflects Gilt Sheer Highlighting Duo. I am truly in anticipation of the arrival of Spring. I yearn for warmer weather, the beautiful blooms that will abound and the longer daylight hours. Though summer is usually synonymous with “getting your glow on“, I think it’s safe to say that using a highlighter year round has become the norm for makeup lovers— every season, and all year round.
Alas, it is now September! We are now at the cusp of summer’s end and the seasonal transition to Fall is soon approaching. I am truly looking forward to the cooler, milder weather and a departure from this Southern California heat. Another thing thing that I also look forward to is welcoming beautiful Fall colors into my makeup rotation while also keeping some of my favorite summer beauty staples within reach. Pictured above are items that were heavily on my rotation this summer, some of which I will continue to use in the months to come.
To me, a good scent often has the ability to evoke a distinct memory, whether it is the smell of freshly cut grass or the scent of fresh air after the rainfall. Enter in Tom Ford’s newly released fragrance, Tom Ford Neroli Portofino Acqua* which is inspired by the atmosphere of the Italian Riviera. It has distinct notes of fresh citrus and warm amber.
