Sephora VIB Sale Recommendations 2016

The Sephora VIB sale starts today and will run until November 14th. Last week, I wrote about my VIB Rouge Sale Haul and Recommendations, which you can find here, and today I would like to share some items that I have found to be completely worth the purchase. Many of these items were purchased full price, while some items were recent beauty discoveries. Kat Von D Everlasting Mini Liquid Lipstick Set Holiday 2016 Swatches

I always look forward to the holiday lip sets released from Kat Von D Beauty each year. Not only are the products perfect for holiday gifts, they are wonderfully clutch size, and perfect for your makeup bag. I was really impressed with last year’s set, the Mi Vida Loca Lipsick set, reviewed here, and when I found out that this year’s Kat Von D Mini Liquid Lipstick Set would feature a mini set of her popular liquid lipsticks, I promptly picked one up when I spotted it at Sephora.

Sephora 2016 VIB Rouge Sale and Friends and Family Haul

Hello everyone! It’s that time of year again. Sephora’s annual VIB Rouge Sale starts tomorrow from November 4-7th. Early access is granted to VIB Rouge members–members at the highest tier–so they can shop coveted items first. This highly anticipated event is an opportunity to stock up on your beauty favorites or finally purchase the high end beauty products you’ve been eyeing for months while saving money in the process. This is also the perfect opportunity to purchase coveted gifts sets that are limited edition and typically sell out fast. Today I would like to share the items that are currently on my VIB Sale wish list. Since I was able to purchase many items from the Employee Appreciation Sale last month, my list is rather small. I will also be sharing what I purchased from the Sephora Friends and Family Sale last month as well.

Sephora Favorites Give Me Some Lip and Liner Photos and Swatches

Every year, I look forward to Sephora’s Holiday offerings in the form of their Sephora Favorites kits which range from skincare, hair care, and makeup. The inclusion of full size and deluxe size products in each kit and the great value and price point make them even more covetable. The kit typically features products from a range of popular brands which gives you an opportunity to try out some of their best sellers without having to spend a fortune. This year’s anticipated Sephora Favorites Lip set, Sephora Favorites Give Me Some Lip and Liner, $60, is a departure from the kits released in previous years as it contains both lipstick and liner. I picked it up a couple of days ago when I spotted it in store and today I’ll be sharing details and swatches.

Another holiday launch that I picked up during early holiday access from the Beauty Insider Appreciation event is Stila’s Starlight, Starbright Highlighting Palette. It’s a limited edition palette that houses a trio of three shades to illuminate and enhance the skin.
