Too Faced Matte Chocolate Chip Swatches and Review

I welcomed the adorable Too Faced Matte Chocoloate Chip and White Chocolate Chip palette into my stash a little over two weeks ago. They are adorable pocket sized palettes with a range of colors contained within that are anti-oxidant and cocoa-infused.
