Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation & Magic Vanish Colour Corrector Review & Swatches

Two highly anticipated complexion products from Charlotte Tilbury, the Airbrush Flawless Foundation & Vanish Colour Correctors are now available at Nordstrom & Sephora. The new Airbrush Flawless Foundation was many months in the making and boasts weightless coverage that contains both complexion and skincare benefits. I picked up the foundation and color corrector at the freestanding boutique over the weekend and I have been using it everyday since. Today I’ll be sharing the details, along with my initial impressions & overall review.

The foundation is housed in a gorgeous oval shaped frosted bottle with the brand’s classic rose gold accents. It contains a pump designed with an ergonomic fit that pumps out just the right amount with each use.

The formula claims to visibly reduce the look of pores and appearance of wrinkles by 22% after 8 weeks of use, boost moisture and hydration for up to 24 hours, and is sweat, humidity, and waterproof. It also comes in a range of 44 shades to suit warm, neutral and cool undertones so you are bound to find your match.
The highlighted ingredients via Sephora:
– REPLEXIUM®: Helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
– MossCellTec™ No. 1: Helps thoroughly hydrate skin.
– AirCool™: Provides an immediate fresh feel on skin.

I am in the shade 7 warm, which is a perfect match for my NC 35 skintone. Only the tiniest amount of product is needed. I can spread half a pump to cover my entire face and use my Sephora Pro Foundation brush to blend it into the skin. It works equally well with a damp beauty blender. The coverage of the formula is superb. It immediately evens out my skin tone and provides a soft matte finish that is very lightweight and natural. It effortlessly blurs my imperfections and provides such a beautiful finish. Although you do not need to set it, I prefer to set it using the Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder on my T-zone area which has always been a problem area.  In terms of its performance and longevity, it wore comfortably on my skin for 10 hours without the need for mid day touch ups. I did not experience any problems with separation; it stayed put in the midst of Southern California humidity and it’s been very hot here in Southern California might I add. I am very impressed with this foundation. Although I have not given it a full test run of 8 weeks to evaluate its other claims, it has met my expectations for what I want a full coverage foundation to feel and look like–weightless, long wearing, and complexion enhancing. I will report back with an update after 8 weeks.

The new Vanish Colour Correctors are available in four shades to help neutralize, smooth the undereye and to help conceal pigmentation and help brighten the skin. This formula is buttery and lightweight and contains flavonoids to help disguise the appearance of undereye bags. In addition, it contains mica that helps to provide a luminous effect on the skin while the microspheres make the formula super blendable. It comes in a circular compact with a small mirror that makes it easy to take on-the-go. It immediately brightens and corrects my undereye. I also use it around the areas of my nose where I tend to get redness. It provides such a soft natural finish. Coupled with the foundation, it’s a match made in heaven!

The Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation, $44 and Vanish Colour Correctors, $32 are now available at Sephora, Nordstrom and on the Charlotte Tilbury website. I anticipate using this complexion combo very frequently in the months to come. I am a huge fan of the brand and you can find more Charlotte Tilbury blog reviews here and here. Are these new complexion products on your radar?
