Gucci Soleil Bronzing Powders Photos & Swatches

The Gucci Soleil Bronzing Powders are finally back in stock at Sephora. You can find them here, and they are also available at Selfridges and the Gucci website. Today I will share some photos and swatches of two shades that I picked up. I received numerous messages on my instastories for comparison swatches of the two earlier this week and hope that this will be helpful since these are only available online.

The packaging is simply stunning. It is housed in an aqua blue refillable click compact with the Gucci logo and a gold-toned trim that also includes a mirror. The powders are available in 5 warming shades and are delicately scented. It has a light floral scent, which I don’t find overpowering. The powder is housed in a luxurious velvet pouch and also includes an angled brush applicator. More images below.

Official description via the Gucci Beauty website:

A combination of soft focus microspheres and biomimicry pigments create a long-lasting, unified complexion and a natural glow, while shea butter and hyaluronic acid nourish the skin providing a silky, comfortable feel

The soft, ultra-thin formula glides on easily, allowing for a customized and buildable application, blurring fine lines and pores for a naturally sculpted complexion and offering all-day comfort

Here’s a side by side comparison of the two shades I purchased in Medium 03 and Tan 04. I find the powders to be smooth and creamy as described and it provides a beautiful warmth to my complexion. I find both to suit my medium skin tone well, however Tan 04 is slightly warmer so I can use it to also slightly contour my face. It gives a very natural sun kissed bronze that gives the right amount of warmth and depth. These bronzers have a beautiful silky, luminous sheen that is perfect for the summer months.

For the luxury beauty lover, this would make a great gift and sit pretty on any makeup lover’s vanity. I adore it! Swatches below.
